Good societies and ecosystems arise from our everyday interactions through compassionate presence, trustworthy companions and aware contributors. These individuals, groups and communities who have a benefit mindset are open-minded and open-hearted. They show up, see what is needed and take wise action. It has been shown that people with this type of mindset have higher levels of overall physical and mental well-being.
