Myotherapy

At the Sports & Spinal Group we also offer myotherapy and remedial massage which may compliment Osteopathic treatment or be utilised as a sole treatment modality. Our therapists are trained to assess and treat muscular pain and injury. They utilise a combination of hands-on techniques which can include advanced massage techniques, deep tissue techniques, dry needling, cupping, as well as stretching and corrective exercises. This combination of techniques is designed to treat injury, relieve pain and stress, improve mobility and strength and increase performance.
