Dr Steve Resic
Osteopath and Pilates Instructor and Mov Nat Trainer
Steve is an experienced Osteopath who graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Health (Osteopathy) and a Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy).
Steve grew up very active, playing football, basketball, tennis, boxing and athletics. Playing multiple sports came with many injuries, and Steve found manual therapy really helped him overcome them. This motivated and inspired Steve to become an Osteopath – he wanted to help people recover from their injuries and return to what they love doing, whether it be elite sports, gym workouts, walking or pilates, as well as everyone who just needs help and treatment from the aches and pains caused by sitting at a desk!
Steve loves the challenge of problem solving and getting his patients out of pain and back to performing specific movements, whether that be in everyday life or with a sporting pursuit.
He has extensive experience in rehabilitation at all levels. Steve treats every patient dependent on their individual needs, incorporating functional rehabilitation exercises and stretches as well as providing further advice as required in exercise rehabilitation, human movement, biomechanics and nutrition..
Steve also has additional qualifications in dry needling, Pilates, Animal Flow and is a certified Mov Nat trainer.
Outside of work Steve enjoys running, going to the gym, watching NBA and AFL and traveling
