What is Clinical Rehabilitation and Pilates?
Clinical Rehabilitation and Pilates is used for patient-specific treatment after an injury or surgery. It differs from Pilates because it considers an individual’s specific injuries and physical needs, instead of having multiple individuals complete the same program. There are multiple benefits to this including improvements in posture, flexibility, muscle strength, control, balance, and core, and pelvic floor strengthening.
At SSG, it is a customized program that aims to restore a full range of movement to the injured area without aggravating it. As a result, it helps each patient return to their normal daily routine, improves performance and gets you back to what you love doing every day! SSG’s purpose is to make a meaningful and lasting impact to the health and well-being of our clients. We love helping you feel, move and live better.
