Sarah is a qualified Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist who has worked in a clinical environment for 8 years now. She treats musculoskeletal pain for the whole body, and specialises in sports, pregnancy and deep tissue massage. Sarah treats with a variety of techniques including deep tissue and remedial masage techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial dry needling, joint mobilisation, cupping therapy, stretching and strengthening exercises.
This type of treatment is very beneficial in treating conditions such as headaches, chronic lower back pain, shoulder impingements, knee problems, pregnancy- related aches, sporting injuries and fibromyalgia.
